Far East / Restaurant Call Agent

How does a spoken order become something the kitchen can reliably act on?

Restaurant Call Agent demonstration with synthetic orders and a kitchen order board.
Actual application demo with synthetic customers and scripted calls.

Why I built it

My parents built their restaurant from the ground up. I wanted to use what I was learning to help with the work that interrupts the counter and kitchen: taking an order, checking it against the menu, and handing it to staff clearly.

The implementation

The project connects voice-agent integration, menu validation and a real-time staff order board. The newer Far East work adds a customer ordering site and a tablet-oriented kitchen board.

What the demo shows

The public demo uses scripted calls and synthetic customers to exercise the order workflow without live phone credentials. Live provider setup and restaurant acceptance are separate gates; a successful sample call is not a verified real customer order.
